JAW CRUSHER of single – toggle design is available in four models and it is ideal for crushing the wide variety of hard materials. It is a heavy-duty crusher with robust construction. The body of the crusher is fabricated from mild steel plates and adequately strengthened to withstand heavy loads. Its advantages over cast iron body are light weight, better strength and ease of repair. The eccentric shaft is of ample size and runs on antifriction bearings in the crusher body. The moving jaw stock is also fabricated from mild steel plates and oscillates on the eccentric shaft on antifriction bearings. Reversible jaw plates and chick plates are made from highly wear – resistance manganese steel. Two flywheels are provided which also work as pulleys. One of them is flat for flat-belt drive and the other has V-grooves for V-belts drive. The size of the output can be varied easily by inserting or removing mild steel plates between the toggle plate and the body. Jaw Crusher can easily be converted into a granulator and again into a crusher with the help of a conversion kit, which can be supplied at an extra cost.
