Cone Screw Mixer

One shaft rotates arm while other shaft rotates screw by coupling. The material being mixed is lifted up from the apex of the cone by screw and the center of the mass collapses down. The orbiting screws continuously stirrs the mass, results into a unique three dimensional mixing system. The design and orbiting motion of screw is such that perfect distribution of even small quantities of highly different characteristics of material added is effected and the homogeneity of the final product is assured.

Bottom support of the screw is given by any of following types
[a] Free hanging
[b] Lower pintle support
After mixing, material is taken out from bottom by means of various type of discharge spout given at the bottom.
