BALL MILL is batch or continuous type and is used for wet or dry grinding as well as mixing purpose. Grinding action takes place with help of grinding balls and pebbles as medium.
Batch Ball Mill
The main shell is of thick MS plate with extra large bosses to give smooth and friction less drive. The mill is mounted on heavy-duty fabricated structure to reduce vibration. A manhole is provided for charging as well as cleaning. A counter balance weight is fixed just opposite of charging door-enabled mill to rotate in balance fashion. Mill is lined with various types of liners of particular material and design to suit requirement. We can also supply jacketed Ball Mill as well as closed loop Ball Mill with other accessories like blower, cyclone, air classifier, screw feeder etc.
Continuous Ball Mill
We can supply continuous type 3-compartment Ball Mill for clinker grinding in mini cement plant of 50 TDP to 300 TDP and more. Multi compartment mills feature grinding of coarse feed to finished product in a single operation. The primary grinding compartment carries large diameter balls while secondary compartments carry smaller media for fine grinding. Material is fed and discharged through hollow trunnions at opposite ends. Diaphragms may be employed to regulate the material level and thus control retention time. Close loop system can also be provided with accessories like air classifier, cyclone, blower, return air circuit etc. Replaceable liners are provided inside the mill of particular material and shape to suit requirement. Drive consists of motor, gearbox, girth gears etc. 4 rollers and 2 tyres at both the ends support Mill.
